Issue 63 will look at the way Regulation on Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT) information is submitted and published on the Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS) where a reported outage consists of multiple availability levels during the course of the event. The Proposer believes that the current method of reporting a single minimum availability for the entire outage period doesn’t give a complete representation of changes in availability during the event.

Issue 63 was raised by RWE Supply and Trading on 10 December 2015. Ultimately Issue 63 was withdrawn as the solution was adopted in to the p329 Proposed and Alternative Modifications.
